I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. My room was super clean. the staff was friendly. They were always ready to help with any questions i had. the food was AMAZING!!! there was such a varied selection at every meal.
i found the gym required an extra fee, a bit inconvenient since i expected it to be included.

The animation team was fantastic. They provided energy and kept everyone engaged. bar staff such as diego provided a very cute experience. they worked efficiently to ensure guests received drinks promptly.

The room included a well-equipped kitchen with a toaster, microwave, a two-ring hob, and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
I found the lack of clear information about extra costs frustrating. I was surprised I had to pay a daily fee for the safe and an additional deposit for towels.

dirty poolmissing supplies
the room lacked daily thorough cleaning dust accumulated in hallways and i had to ask multiple times for basic supplies like shower gel it became tiring additionally the pool felt unclean and the jacuzzi jets were not working correctly spacing people far apart i had higher expectations for cleanliness and maintenance
